On Friday, October 8th, my crew is
scheduled to officiate your game with Gilbert High School. My schedule shows a start time of 7:30
PM. Crew assignments are as

My umpire and I would like to meet with you at
approximately 6:20 PM. During this
meeting, we can complete all pre-game business and answer any questions that you
may have. Please note that this
meeting will include a discussion on sportsmanship.
The coin toss is scheduled for 7:27PM. Should you and Coach Parker desire to
have the coin toss sooner, I will be available to conduct it at 7:00 PM when we
arrive on the field. If you choose
this option, we will then have a simulated toss with all designated captains at
7:27 PM.
