What you need to know for 2010…

- You must be a member of AzFOA and AIA to work these youth games on Saturdays. Please contact our AzFOA Treasurer for further info.

- Please sign into www.arbitersports.com to view your Youth Football scheduling software and fill out your availability calendar…or call your area assignor for some help.

- Pay = $60 per game per official…full payment (cash or check) by halftime of your last scheduled game.

Please show up at least 15 minutes before your scheduled game time to check-in with your fellow officials.
Dress/equipment – same as a Fr or JV game: official’s shoes; white socks; black official’s shorts w/ belt; proper football official’s striped shirt…tucked in; black cap with white piping; and of course a yellow flag, white or blue bean bag, whistle, and wrist down marker.

ACYFL Statement

The Arizona Football Officials Association (AzFOA) has ceased all business relations, agreements and/or contracts with Mr. Kevin Bushnell and the business known as the Arizona Competitive Youth Football League (ACYFL) operating in Arizona. The AzFOA and the ACYFL no longer have any affiliation. The AzFOA will not assign football officials to work any ACYFL youth football games during the 2009 season due to official’s safety concerns and non-payment of fees. Officials who choose to work youth football games for the ACYFL must fully understand that they accept any and all responsibility for themselves when working these youth football games for the ACYFL with no recourse to the AzFOA or the Arizona Interscholastic Association. Any questions or concerns regarding the business of AzFOA should be directed to the members of the AzFOA Board.
