- Scheduling and assigning of the premier Youth Football leagues in Arizona – Pop Warner and C.A.Y.F.L.
- Scheduling of Scrimmages.
- Scheduling of Freshman/JV Games.
- Annual Mechanics Clinic.
- Prepare and deliver presentations at Coaches Association meetings.
- Sub-varsity Mentor Program.
- Collect and review evaluations. Make advance recommendations to the AIA.
